There is no worse start to your day than to pull up at the shop and see your service van sitting there with a completely flat tire. I was able to baby it down to Mr. Tire where a wonderful, amazing and very kind tech named Jeff jumped in and absolutely saved my entire day! I explained that I was scheduled to be somewhere at 11 (giving him about an hour or so window) and said that if I had to I would come back. He said “no problem” hopped out from behind the desk and next thing I know here’s my van with a brand new tire all set and ready to go with time to spare. He did all the work himself to get me back on track for my day and I cannot express enough how much I truly appreciate that! Wonderful service and wonderful people, thank you so much Jeff and Mr. Tire!

Took my vehicle to have a tire repaired and the tires rotated. Made an appointment the night before, was in and out in approximately 45 minutes. Everything went as well as I could possibly ask and the price was excellent.

Now I know why this place is empty. I went in just to fix a flat tire, and they tried to charge me $450 for a full replacement. I went to another shop nearby (Bumble Auto Service Center) which was packed with customers. I had to wait 40 minutes, but it was worth it to get the patch done right. Business only thrives when you are honest with your customers. I am never going back to Mr. Tire in Ellicott City again.

Took my brother’s 2016 Elantra in because the front tires were completely worn out. The team here was super friendly—Jeff in particular was great to work with. Service was quick too—about 30 minutes from drop-off while we grabbed food next door. No pressure, no upselling, just straightforward help. Overall, really smooth experience. Would definitely come back.

This is absolutely herendous. I had brand new tires to install on my Rivian r1t truck. The truck is flawless condition, not one scratch anywhere. Before comitting i asked the technician, many many times if they can do it without damaging the vehicle, as its important to me. I urged him to tell me the truth and to just say its better that i take it elsewhere and not be in this position. He also promised me this would take a few hours. I dropped the truck off at 8:30 AM and only picked it up at 5:00PM. I called them about 10 times and everytime he gave me a run around that it was almost done. I told him just tell me the truth so i know what to expect. Ahyhow, i picked it up, the passenger side seat had grease marks on it as if parts were thrown on it. Plastic lower panel on the passenger seat was off...I do not know what they needed to do with the passenger seat? The driver's side wheel has a huge gouge in it. I am sure Rivian will force me to buy a new wheel. The same gouge is on the old tire which is now useless. The most concerning part is the wheels were NOT TORQUED. One lug nut was hand tight. The tires were not inflated correctly and all at different preassures. I
